Engineering Services

Scottish Crane can carry out various works in conjunction with and in addition to our normal crane services.

We can offer a comprehensive design, drawing and manufacturing package in conjunction With all current Health and Safety Regulations (including CDM regulations).

Our scope of works covers all aspects of fabrication and engineering in lifting equipment From crane gantries, runway systems to lifting beams and specialised equipment, designed and built to suit the required application.

Additionally we manufacture and install general secondary steel including ladders, stairs, platforms, balustrading and general metalwork.

A brief resume of work carried out recently is as follows:

	Design and installation of all steelwork and associated electrical Switches to build a new acid etch facility which comprised of a Goalpost/runway system for eight number 1tonne Hoists, the system Being 120m overall length.
	Design Manufacture and Installation of a free standing Crane Gantry to Turbines carry two number 20Tonne Cranes. Overall length 54.0m spans 12.4m.
	Design and Manufacture of a 20tonne Lifting beam for a Tandem off-set Marine lift.
	Dunoon Academy secondary steel comprising roof opening frames, Door frames, wind posts, cladding rails, stainless steel barriers and Sundry other work.
McNee	Portavadie Marina promenade support steel, entrance gatehouse, Bin store and various stair/promenade balustrading.
